Return and Refund Policy - Bunduq Textile Company
Right of Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product or from the date the third party (other than the carrier) you designated receives the delivered product. This right begins from the actual date of receipt of the product.
How to Exercise the Right of Cancellation: To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us via the following email: 📧 sales@bunduq-eg.com
Refunds: We will process your refund within 7 to 14 days from the date we receive the returned items. The same payment method you used for the purchase will be used for the refund. You will not incur any fees related to this refund, including shipping costs.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for return, the products must:
Be purchased within the last 14 days.
Be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Be accompanied by the original invoice with the return request.
Defective Items: In case of a defective product, a technical report explaining the issue must be provided. If the product is faulty, it can be returned or replaced without the customer bearing shipping costs.
Non-returnable Products:
Customized or clearly personalized items.
Opened or used products.
Products that become inseparable from other items after delivery.
Products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
In case of a defect, the company will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
Gifts: If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the items were not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.
Returning Items: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. The items should be sent to the following address: 📍 Giza, Egypt (as indicated on the invoice).
We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. A refund will only be issued once the actual items are received, or proof of receipt of the returned shipment is provided.
